MISSION STATEMENT
Rhythm-N-You Music Therapy, Inc. is a company dedicated to providing the highest quality music therapy services to the community. We strive for excellence in musicianship, clinical practice and ethical business operations. Rhythm-N-You seeks to provide continuing education opportunities for music therapists all over the world in order to contribute to the understanding of, access to, and growth of the field of music therapy.
INSTRUCTOR QUALIFICATIONS
Instructors approved to provide continuing education opportunities are board-certified music therapists with at least 5 years of experience and in good standing with the Certification Board for Music Therapists. Instructors have relevant experience in the area of continuing education and can cite such experience with related documentation or evidence of expertise, such as years of experience in the aforementioned area. Resumes and/or curriculum vitae, as well as relevant documentation, are kept on file for each instructor listed.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
If you would like to cancel your order for a full refund, you can do so within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us at director@rhythm-n-you.com. GRIEVANCE POLICY AND PROCEDURE
If the participant wishes to file a grievance, the participant can email the Continuing Education Director of the Approved Provider at director@rhythm-n-you.com. The CED of the AP will take whatever action necessary to address the grievance, including but not limited to explanation of services, assistance with access, refund, etc. The participant shall have 60 days from the date of purchase of the learning opportunity to file the grievance. The CED of the AP will acknowledge the grievance within 2 business days of its filing. The CED of the AP will make a decision regarding the grievance within 7 days of its acknowledgement.
The participant has the right to appeal the decision made by the CED of the AP and may do so by emailing director@rhythm-n-you.com. The participant must do so within 7 days of the decision made. The CED of the AP may consult with the Continuing Education Committee of CBMT to identify a satisfactory solution.
The participant has the right to have a grievance addressed by the Continuing Education Committee of CBMT in the event that the Approved Provider’s Grievance Procedure is exhausted should the grievance be unresolved.
